Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibility
Each user is allowed to hold only one registered account with 43300. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity under your account, including financial transactions, is your sole responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 43300 support immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.
Users are prohibited from using another person’s identity, providing false information, or impersonating any entity when registering or using this platform.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
43300 users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Malaysian law. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical methods to access or interact with the platform unlawfully.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate betting systems, or exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform for unfair gain.
- Collaborating with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or casino games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
- Distributing content containing malware, viruses, or any code that could damage the platform’s systems.
- Making or promoting any false claims related to promotions, bonuses, or winnings.
43300 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these rules and take appropriate action, including freezing accounts during investigations.
Payment Information, Transactions and MYR Currency
All transactions on the 43300 platform are conducted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring the source of funds used for deposits is legitimate and not derived from illegal activities.
Deposits made via supported payment methods—including online banking through FPX and approved local e-wallets—will be credited to users’ accounts after verification. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen.
For withdrawals, users must complete the account verification process first. 43300 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify user identity before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect all parties.
43300 is not liable for delays in transactions caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. Any fees or charges imposed by financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the user. Withdrawal requests suspected of violating terms may be held for investigation.
Limitations of Liability and Disclaimer
43300 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any expressed or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or continuous availability at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, 43300 shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting activities.
Users acknowledge that online betting and gaming carry financial risks, and the decision to participate is entirely at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
43300 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or illegal activity.
Accounts inactive for extended periods may be subject to the inactive account policy. Users will be notified via their registered communication channels before any action is taken.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may contact 43300 support. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal after all conditions are met and verification is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, text, graphics, and source code on the 43300 platform are the exclusive property of 43300 and protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without written permission from 43300.
